Delete account

You can request the deletion of your Zigra account and associated data at any time. This page explains the procedure, in line with Google Play and App Store requirements.
Delete from the app (recommended)
- Open the Zigra app.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Select Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account is then deactivated and scheduled for deletion.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, send a request to support@zigra.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example the account phone number) before processing the request.
Data that is deleted
Deleting your account erases the following data:
- profile (name, photo, phone number, email);
- ride history and bookings linked to your account;
- messages, ratings and reviews;
- preferences and login credentials.
Data that is retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example, transaction records for accounting obligations or dispute resolution). Such data is stored securely and deleted once the legal retention period expires.
Timeframe
Your request is processed within a maximum of 30 days. Once deletion is complete, reactivation is no longer possible and you will need to create a new account to use the App again.
